The book begins by looking at the pattern of the Eucharist and the various resources that can develop and enhance the worship. This is followed by six workshops, designed to help churches to explore different sections of the Eucharist creatively. Each workshop is designed so that people of all ages, including children, can take part. The final section comprises a six session course for young communicants, centred upon eating a meal together.
